Just having some digital fun with my camera, since I have to wait for some time away from work to pick up my film stuff.  I actually like the bottom photo of the mirror image of the same picture that I took.  Its actually called “Symmetry Quad” from my Photostudio app.  I know I said I wasn’t going to post anything until this weekend, but….well…you know how it is.

Well, I got my film stuff back and its looking pretty cool.  That spider’s web was taken with my film camera (Nikon N80).  On Tuesday I’ll show you my Redscale stuff.  I was trying to do some silhouettes.   Its just a bit trickier to use Redscale film. I will soon be rolling my own film which is way cheaper than buying individual rolls.  If you don’t know how to I’ll show you once I get my kit all together.

All these Macro photos were taken on my lunch break, in downtown Seattle, at Denny Park.  This flower is Echinacea.  I need to find some more stuff to photograph up close.  I’ll figure something out…enjoy!

Well, I am strongly thinking of getting another camera to add to my family of cameras.  I’ve been looking for a pocket camera that handles like a DSLR.  I want to try other brands that I haven’t had (I’ve own a Canon, Kodak, Olympus and Nikon).  After trying out the Fuji x10 and x100, the Sony DSC RX100 is calling out to me!  I think we are meant to be together.  It handles nice, its fast from start to shoot.  It takes sharp as nails photos.  I can see me using it for street stuff and travel.  It has just enough shooting scenes and modes that I like.  When film gets too pricey I can use the film simulator menu (or not, don’t worry nothing can replace REAL stuff).  Let me know what you think.

My film stuff should be ready to show by this weekend!  Whoo-hoo!  Finally had time to go and develop them!

I need to either make or buy a camera mount for my car dashboard (yes, I took the top and bottom one driving on the freeway).  Any websites or online stores that you may know? Maybe Shoe Goo a lazy Susan on my dash???  I kid!!!!  I don’t even know if they make them for under a $100 bucks! Can somebody help a girl out?!
